STRATEGIC PLAN 2023-2028
The strategic plan is the culmination of an extensive process that began in the winter of 2022. Through robust conversations and reflexive work sessions, based on careful research and valuable input from our community, we have developed a new mission and vision to guide our work; we have articulated our values to ground ourselves; and we have set strategic directions and goals to carry us forward. The implementation of our plan will consider not only what we want to achieve but also the actions we believe will help us get there and the development of internal metrics to track our progress and hold ourselves accountable.
