Extended Day Program
London Waldorf School offers an Extended Day Program to families that require supervision of their children outside of regular school hours. Children spend time outside, rain or shine, and inside under the care of our Before and After Care Providers. This is an auxiliary program and requires registration. Children must be attending school that day to be eligible for the program.
ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR BEFORE & AFTER CARE
Registration is available on an annual, monthly, or on urgent need basis and can be made by emailing info@londonwaldorf.ca.
- To ensure adequate supervision, all children on school grounds before 8:30 am or after the pick-up time bell has rung are considered to be in Before or After Care and will be charged accordingly.
- After Care is not available on half days or school holidays.
- We would like to remind you that at LWS, we strive to provide a peanut-free environment at all times. We ask all families not to bring any items containing peanuts and/or peanut products to school at any time.
Kindergarten and Grade School:
- Before Care is provided from 8:00 am to 8:30 am
- After Care is provided from the end of the school day to 5:30 pm.
In order to ensure the safety of everyone in our care, the Code of Conduct rules apply to extended care as well. Information can be found in the parent resource guide and the Extended Care package upon registration.
Licensed Child Care:
Registration is available on an annual basis only, limited spaces are available.
