KinderCamp Rhythm

This is a general idea of what happens during the day at Camp. Outside of arrival and pickup times, exact timing and activities through the day are subject to change.

8:30am – arrival outdoors
9:30am – morning activities, snack, outdoor time
12:30pm – lunch
1:00pm – afternoon activities, rest/quiet time , outdoor time
3:30pm – program end

*** optional extended care is available from 3:30 – 4:30 at a charge of $20/week.

While we make every effort to be as inclusive as possible, and to accommodate as many campers as possible; our resources are limited, and we may not have the capacity to provide the support campers might require.

Late Pickup and Fees:
Families who have not picked up their child(ren) by 3:30 (or 4:30 if registered for extened care) will incur late charge penalties at a rate of $1.00/child or $1.50/family per minute.

When a child is picked up late, the person picking up will be asked to sign a form acknowledging the time of the pick up, and the family will be billed accordingly. If this form is not signed, the camper(s) will not be allowed to return to camp until the matter is resolved.

Refund Policy:

Any cancellation made before 3pm on Monday, March 4 , 2024 will receive a $200 refund.
Any cancellation made after that time will forfeit all fees.
